“The FPL retreat was exactly what I needed during this transition time of my life. I’m going through a divorce, and although I have done several growth experiences over the years, I knew this would be different. This magical location, the land, the view, the birds and nature sounds alone are very healing. However, it was Erin’s teachings and her exercises that helped us connect within, and then the dancing/movement that accelerated the monumental growth. I know what I’ve experienced was transformational. The women who were drawn to this retreat were phenomenal. Erin’s screening of the group was spot on. We were all meant to be together.

I was pushed far outside my comfort zone but felt safe and supported the whole time. Even when I felt l I couldn’t or didn’t have strength to move through a barrier and step outside my bubble, I was gently guided and nudged by Erin, who is extremely intuitive and plugged in to her higher guidance system. Sometimes even one of the other women gave loving support and I knew I was being held gently and without judgment.
